Last updated: July 16, 2026. These terms govern your use of SitePlans.ai, operated by Order A Site Plan LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company.
These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Order A Site Plan LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for your access to and use of SitePlans.ai, including the website, address lookup tools, map interface, saved projects, exports, support forms, CMS pages, and related digital services.
By accessing or using SitePlans.ai, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or tool.
SitePlans.ai is operated by Order A Site Plan LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company.
SitePlans.ai is a browser-based site plan creator that helps homeowners, general contractors, small builders, remodelers, and property professionals start a site plan from a property address. Depending on coverage, account access, and available data, the service may help users view property context, add proposed structures or site features, create labels, save projects, and export a permit-style PDF.
SitePlans.ai is a digital software utility. It is not a licensed professional service, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
SitePlans.ai does not provide a licensed land survey, engineering plan, architectural plan, legal boundary opinion, title opinion, professional stamp, or permit approval guarantee. The tool does not replace a Professional Land Surveyor, Professional Engineer, registered architect, attorney, local building official, or other qualified professional when one is required.
Some cities and counties accept clear non-certified site plans for smaller residential permits. Other jurisdictions require stamped surveys, engineered drawings, drainage reports, floodplain documentation, elevation certificates, architectural plans, or other professional documents. Final acceptance always rests with the authority having jurisdiction, such as the city, county, building department, zoning office, HOA, utility provider, or reviewer assigned to the project.
You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before using or submitting them. You must verify property boundaries, dimensions, setbacks, easements, rights-of-way, utilities, floodplain status, zoning rules, title restrictions, HOA requirements, local permit requirements, and reviewer comments before relying on any plan.
If your project involves a legal boundary dispute, uncertain property corners, major construction, grading, drainage, floodplain work, structural design, commercial construction, easements, encroachments, or any high-risk condition, you should consult the appropriate licensed professional before filing or building.
SitePlans.ai may use county GIS, assessor records, public parcel data, open map data, aerial imagery, terrain data, third-party APIs, and user-entered information. These sources may be incomplete, outdated, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate for some properties. Property lines shown in the tool are for site plan drafting context and are not a legal boundary survey.
Coverage varies by county, city, and property. We may add, remove, change, or limit supported data sources at any time.
Some features may require email sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure and for any activity under your account. Free and paid plans may include limits on address lookups, saved projects, exports, advanced layers, title sheet options, DXF or CAD exports, team access, and other features.
We may adjust limits, features, pricing, trial access, and account rules as the product develops. Abuse, automated scraping, excessive lookups, attempts to bypass limits, or activity that disrupts the service may result in suspension or termination.
Paid features may include higher usage limits, more saved projects, advanced exports, additional data layers, larger sheet sizes, team or builder workflows, commercial tools, or other account upgrades. Payments may be processed by Stripe, Payoneer, or another third-party payment provider. Charges may appear under SitePlans.ai, SitePlans.us, Order A Site Plan LLC, or a similar descriptor.
Because SitePlans.ai provides digital access, address lookups, map data requests, saved configurations, and downloadable exports, completed purchases and used credits are generally non-refundable once the digital service has been delivered, consumed, exported, or used. If a technical issue prevents access to a paid feature, contact support@siteplans.ai so we can review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a correction, account adjustment, credit, or other reasonable remedy.
For invoice records, payment account questions, payment processor verification, or billing documentation, contact billing@orderasiteplan.com.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at billing@orderasiteplan.com, support@siteplans.ai, or the billing contact shown on your receipt. We will review the transaction, account usage, and technical history. Filing a false, abusive, or fraudulent chargeback may result in account suspension, loss of access to saved projects, and submission of usage records to the payment processor or card network to respond to the dispute.
SitePlans.ai may link to SitePlans.us for done-for-you drafting help, drafter-reviewed plans, or permit-ready plan services. SitePlans.us may have separate prices, timelines, revision rules, scope limits, refund rules, and service terms. Ordering a done-for-you plan is separate from using the SitePlans.ai self-service software unless a written offer says otherwise.
You may enter addresses, project notes, labels, structure names, dimensions, saved layouts, feedback, images, and other content. You are responsible for having the right to use and submit that content. Do not upload confidential client files, private personal information, protected documents, or third-party materials unless you have permission.
You grant us permission to store, process, display, and transmit your content as needed to operate the service, support your account, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited activity includes attempting to break security, scrape data at scale, resell unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful material, impersonate another person, submit false payment disputes, or use the tool for illegal activity.
The SitePlans.ai website, software, interface, design, templates, documentation, brand elements, and related materials are owned by Order A Site Plan LLC or its licensors. You may use exported plans for your own project, client, permit, planning, or internal business use, subject to these terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, clone, resell, or redistribute the software or templates as a competing product.
We may update, pause, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Data sources, APIs, county coverage, maps, imagery, exports, and saved project access may be affected by third-party outages, server issues, browser behavior, hosting limits, or maintenance.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, permit acceptance, uninterrupted operation, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any plan, data layer, label, boundary, contour, address result, or export will satisfy a specific reviewer or jurisdiction.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Order A Site Plan LLC and its owners, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including permit delays, lost profits, lost projects, construction delays, reviewer rejection, professional fees, or reliance on inaccurate public data.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to SitePlans.ai for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim, or USD $100 if no payment was made.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Order A Site Plan LLC from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your submitted content, your project, your permit submission, your violation of these terms, or your reliance on public data without local verification.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal actions related to these terms or the service must be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.
We may update these terms as the service, pricing, coverage, legal requirements, or business operations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
